I don't think I could reasonably sell this one and make it worth my while. I haven't been able to find good deals on my supplies and its has cost me $120 just for the screen and the SNES. Including the other supplies, this has cost me nearly $200. Next time ill be more savvy and not waste as much ...

I don't know about this one, but I would be happy to make another one for you. I kind of want to keep this one, for you know, sentimental reasons. :)

Yes you could ground the lead from the LEDs to the same spot.

A microscopic update: I have wired the controller successfully and cut out the front panel. But unfortunately I have to rewire the cart port (blah). The ethernet cord wires I used are too rigid. Thats why in the pictures the game looks ...

Thanks for all the feed back.

I have been working on it for a few weeks on and off, mostly waiting for supplies to arrive. All you see in the pic is about 6 hours work spread over 4 days.

I have an idea what the case will look like, sorta gameboyish style. I am working it out in Maya right now ...

Cant we all just we all just get along? :(

Anyway, you shouldn't need anymore then $35 for the batteries. You might have a hard time finding the LEDs you would be looking for at Radio Shack. At least at the one near me they told me that that stuff isn't in demand as must so they got rid of it ...

Apparently this is not right because I can get the screen to come on, but the system does not appear to be, and I even tried attaching the 5v reg to it but still nothing.
