and I'm looking for ABS plastic supplier. Usplastic has a big selection of acrylic and polycarbonate. But...NO ABS!! AAH! :shock:

So, I'm looking...For ABS... :D

I have found, or rather have received complaints, from my father of the odor that melting plexiglass makes... :D

I also broke a routing bit today :x ... while i was trying to rout some thin aluminum for a controller I'm trying to make...

It was a $3.59 bit... :evil:

Need 360 various gut Dimensions

Hey all,
I need the dimensions of all the Xbox 360 internals (guts).

including:
-Mobo
(Heat sinks on/off)
(space used for fans)
-Double Fan
-Disc drive
-HDD (in case/out)
-RF unit

--And anything else I'm forgetting

A pic of the controller guts/internal (front/back) would be nice too.

If you use a powertool, especially with plexy, USE SAFETY GLASSES! I almost always use them, but I had forgot to put them on for a quick line cut. If you use the cutting wheel (more of a grinding disc) that comes with the dremel, the plastic gets VERY hot and melts... there is a good chance this ...

I got a pair of those crappy red ones with my cold heat pro. The wire stripper outlasted the solder tool. No surprise there :roll:

Once the stripper broke, i was devastated. They had worked so well.
I then remembered seeing a pair at Wal-Mart that were blue. Around $10.
Got those; they felt heavier ...

I actually need some laptop screen hinges. Some that can easily be mounted to a custom made screen case through custom made mounting holes. I'm hoping to find some at least similar to the ones my laptop has. (IBM model:R52).

If I can, I'm gonna make my portable case out of ABS, and the base piece ...
