DS Linux will be ready long before PSP Linux. PSP Linux doesn't have:

- A legally available compiler for the PSP
- A Linux distribution ready to be ported to the PSP (ARM9 Linux distros can easily be ported to the DS, but the PSP has a custom processor)
- A way of getting programs onto the system ...
