can i just solder the ground for the power to the actual side of the board where that metal thing is, or do i have to solder it to the pin where i took the power plug off?

mines done that, first take out your game and expansion pack, then put your expansion pack in and power it on for at least ten seconds then turn it off and put a game in and power it back on, its worked for me

so for the negatives it doesnt matter which ones i wire to em and for the the 2 3volt lines, should i just split my 3v postive and solder to those 2?

alright so i just decided instead of soldering anything to the actual motherboard, i would take the plug out of the ac adapter and solder the wires to that. trouble is, im not sure which wire should go where. On the top of the Ac adap case it reads about the pins but im not sure which direction that ...
