from what i hear -- from lurking in the #Vista IRC channel, if you REALLY must install Vista on a machine with only 1GB of RAM, get a high-speed ReadyBoost compatible usb flash pen thingy, i hear it REALLY helps if you "suffer" from only 1GB of RAM :S

i'm curious, have you ever received a Cease and Desist order from any major companies(Nintendo, Microsoft.. and ofcourse, Sony)? :P

I'm just curious about how you'd react if they threatened you with legal action :S

As for the first I say look here. Tells what you need to connect the Dreamcast to your computer and setup the server/client software.

Well, that's not exactly what I was thinking of(and i've seen that link before :P). I was just wondering if it would be possible to access the internet wirelessly ...

Portable DC with ethernet adapter?

I'm curious.. how many people have successfully made a portable DC, and have a working broadband adapter in it, for online use? anyone?
ofcourse though.. a broadband adapter and a vga socket... that would make it a nice little portable pc, right there :D

Hah, you're getting ripped off. Sonic Shuffle isn't worth $5. :(

I actually liked Sonic Shuffle when i first got it, all those years ago :)
However, 25bucks for a faulty(?) DC, controller, VMU and 1 game... i think that's pretty damn good :) although, you could buy a fully working refurbed DC ...

Hey guys :) it's been a while since i've been on here, so i've had quite a backlog to read... i was reading one topic about internet on the DC, and suddenly "wireless usb dongle" came into my head...
Is it at all possible to modify a DC to attach usable USB ports, and perhaps then be able to use ...

Heh... I was talking about rebuilding them.

Ya, but they look so flimsy in my opinion o_o a case to protect the board which still lets the machine read them, would be nice, but oh well :P
