Hip Screen looping image composite video.
Im using a hip gear screen to run an xbox, Im using a composite mod from the motherboard of the xbox, the screen is powered by a power adaptor 12v 500ma, the video connectors are connected straight to the wires that would normally run to the video connector of the pad.

All hooked up to the xbox getting a picture but its looping, will do a search on the forums now for looping hip gear screens.
*** EDIT - Ive already had this answered before, just didnt manage to go to the thread after it was replied too, its either the NTSC to PAL conversion or too high a voltage ...

the looping is caused by overheating i think, i plugged it into 7 volts and it ran for about 2 and a half hours without looping

Hip Gear Image looping and BW.
I got a Hip Gear screen sent across from Ninjai (Thanks :D ) I installed it in my xbox (PAL) and the screen worked but was displaying in black and white, I switched off my xbox to see if I had good connections and when I switched it back on I get a looping image.
