I am having a very strange problem. I am trying to ftp files from my computer to my xbox. I am using a crossover cable. My PC ip is 192.168.2.1 My xbox ip is 192.168.2.9. I am using unleashx 3.8 dashboard. I am using/have used filexilla, smartftp, and flash fxp. I prefer flashfxp.
My problem is I start flash fxp it connects to my xbox just fine. I can transfer anywhere from 15kb - 30mb (random time and data) and it just stops (not freezes). my transfer from pc to xbox mb/per sec starts dropping till it hit 0 kbps. I disconnect from flash fxp then reconnect and I can transfer a few files and same thing.
If anybody has any sugestions please tell me.
Thank you very much
Johnathan

Re: Xbox ftp Help Please
Check your Gateway settings, on my xBox I have it set so the PC is the gateway, and on my PC I have it set to the xBox is the gateway.
There's No Place Like 127.0.0.1.
Re: Xbox ftp Help Please
Try setting your settings to static IP instad of Dynamic. also make sure that USE PASSIVE mode is turned off in the options of Flash FXP -
Options -> preferences -> Proxy -> 2nd half of screen is USE PASSIVE.. uncheck this piece of garbage..
