Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
can't sell the chipped xbox here. It's in the rules
Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
it's not chipped. i said it can be repaired if you install a chip (is needed if your HDD dies or you lose the HDD key)nightwheel wrote:can't sell the chipped xbox here. It's in the rules

Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
How much to ship the complete XBOX to Canada? Also what version is it?
Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
i don't know what shipping to canada would be, but i do know that the xbox is either a version 1.2 or 1.3. i recently put in a newer DVD-ROM drive (a hitachi-LG) and it works great. i gotta find a big enough box for it and then weigh it so i can get a shipping estimate, ill try to do that later on. i think shipping to canada would be expensive though, the xbox is a pretty heavy machineXCVG wrote:How much to ship the complete XBOX to Canada? The xbox fits into one of the long regular flat rate boxes exactly, with a bit of space left at the end.SnowKitty wrote:i don't know what shipping to canada would be, but i do know that the xbox is either a version 1.2 or 1.3. i recently put in a newer DVD-ROM drive (a hitachi-LG) and it works great. i gotta find a big enough box for it and then weigh it so i can get a shipping estimate, ill try to do that later on. i think shipping to canada would be expensive though, the xbox is a pretty heavy machineXCVG wrote:How much to ship the complete XBOX to Canada? Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
you sure? i dont know if there's enough room to fit it all with enough padding to protect it well enoughnevermind1534 wrote:The xbox fits into one of the long regular flat rate boxes exactly, with a bit of space left at the end.SnowKitty wrote:i don't know what shipping to canada would be, but i do know that the xbox is either a version 1.2 or 1.3. i recently put in a newer DVD-ROM drive (a hitachi-LG) and it works great. i gotta find a big enough box for it and then weigh it so i can get a shipping estimate, ill try to do that later on. i think shipping to canada would be expensive though, the xbox is a pretty heavy machineXCVG wrote:How much to ship the complete XBOX to Canada? Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
Xboxes are pretty tough, shouldn't need much padding. But seriously figure it out, I want a quote.
Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
EDIT: okay, i tried to see if it'd fit and the large flat rate is 12x12x5.5 inches, the xbox does NOT fit in it. i will find a proper box and weigh it so i can get an estimate later on.XCVG wrote:Xboxes are pretty tough, shouldn't need much padding. But seriously figure it out, I want a quote.

Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
Not the large flat rate (doesn't fit in that), but the long regular flat rate. Bring the xbox to the post office and put it in the long regular flat rate box if you don't believe me. But it could still be cheaper with First Class International.SnowKitty wrote:EDIT: okay, i tried to see if it'd fit and the large flat rate is 12x12x5.5 inches, the xbox does NOT fit in it. i will find a proper box and weigh it so i can get an estimate later on.XCVG wrote:Xboxes are pretty tough, shouldn't need much padding. Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
i think it's too heavy for first class international. and i am NOT using a flat rate for it. i dont want it to get banged around, it has a hard drive in it. anyway, i PMed him about it and he said he can't afford to get it shipped there. so it's still up for grabs if anyone's interested.nevermind1534 wrote:Not the large flat rate (doesn't fit in that), but the long regular flat rate. Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
First Class, whether domestic, or international, is only good up to 13 oz. It's a really limited way to ship.

Re: FS: xbox system and some xbox parts
International is not limited to 13 ounces; first class international (parcels) is more comparable to the domestic parcel post.Tibia wrote:First Class, whether domestic, or international, is only good up to 13 oz. It's a really limited way to ship.
Edit: ok, it probably would be too heavy, but international is limited to 64 ounces.
Packages (Small Packets)
64 (ounces)
$16.16
