I checked out the demo the other day and it was very, very slick. I'm not wild about the camera, and I want to smash that voice-over guy's face in, but overall, I think they've got a really good thing going. I didn't get the opportunity to check out that "replay reel" thing (or whatever it's called), though, as I was too busy repeatedly trying to use the face buttons to perform tricks like the stupid little Hawk addict I am (damn, those controls are hard to shake). Despite this, I feel that the decidedly "non-gamey" nature of the controls lends itself nicely to communicating the difficulty and learning process of skateboarding, and I think they're extremely smart from a simulation standpoint.
