depends on the LED specs and the source voltage

. you COULD use a 10,000 ohm resistor.....for REALLY low current LEDs

The resistor value varies depending on your LED specs. You can't just use one resistor for any LED.

yeah i actually just heards abouyt chrono ressurection a couple days ago on the gp32x.com forums, it was in some guys sig. i signed the petition and it does look like one hell of a game if that game was releasedx i would easily pay 50$ for it

LED's I got

They're only 1000MCD, would that explain why I feel that they're so dim? Perhaps I should invest in some stronger LED's?

Well if you did the PS1 screen mod your LEDs will be dim no matter what. You can bypass that one circuit (forgot what one its in the book) but I think it makes it way too bright!

One more

I wired up my LED mod with the proper resistor

FINALLY, but the solder won't stick to the ground spot. What should I do?

Sorry one more ? I accidentally cut up the white tab on the wire off of the speaker. The port on the PS1 screen motherboard is still in tact, though. Should I just solder the wires to the leads?

no i already extended them im talking about the part of the original speaker wire that connects to the screen's motherboard... or is that what you mean by extending?

if all you did was cut some wires, trhen soldering right to the leads should be fine
