OH CRAP!!!

If you're making a portable you probably need something to watch it on. (Unless you want to guess what's happening in the game, but I wouldn't advise that) Anyway, this forum is your "Hacking a pocket TV/screen" one-stop solution. Share your experiences and knowledge here.

OH CRAP!!!

Post by CronoTriggerfan »

Ok I was building my SNESp and wiring the LEDs together. I was soldering a connection to the 10 ohm reg, when the solder "jumped" onto the screen. I carefully picked it off, and it left a mark, however small. Is my screen WRECKED :( ???

probably not....the mark might get annoying after a while, though.
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

*sigh*, great game, and I don't have it ....along with the fact that I am Super Metroid-less, I may just cry...

ah hell, I'll replay LttP a bit and keep playing some RE4 ;)...

Just get the PlayStation version. It comes with FF4 for $15 at Fry's. Translation is improved in FF4 anyway (might have been changed up a bit in Chrono Trigger too... not sure).

Ya i may get the ps1 version for the cutscenes but its nice to have the original. too a quick ?... this may sound noobish (because I am) but can you use a 10k ohm watt resistor for the ps1 screen mod instead of a 10 ohm watt resistor? Are they the same?

On the topic of resistors, I think 10,000 ohms is a bit much. What's the lowest amount of ohms anyone would use for a resistor that wouldn't severely effect the life of the LED's?
Hey, sup?
