I guess I have it all figured out...
I will just have the same AV ports for input and output. (just use the screen's switch to seperately power the screen) I'm not stupid*, so I'll remember when I use the screen by itself vs. using the console as a console.
Unless...
I could use a couple DB-9 connectors... with pins for the audio, video, and a jumper trace to trigger a relay that either switches off the screen or the psone mobo, depending on which connector it's plugged into.

Oh yeah, I figured out how to get ANYTHING to display on the Intec Screenpad with NO modification! You need to run the data through either a switch box, a connector, or a VCR. Just plug the psone (or whatever) AV cable into the OUTPUT ports on the switch/VCR, and plug it into the female connection on the screenpad's connector. TV looks GREAT on the Intec screenpad, and I can even read the ticker on the Weather Channel! (looks better than our living room TV. Its red tracking is off, causing the red coloring to get stretched at the corners. But I can deal with it.)
