Now you be de annoyin' one man...I know they won't put out a "new" VB...everyone does...the issue is (if you read the article) will Nintendo be making attempts to "manipulate" the industry and its consumer's? They can't and shouldn't.

NINTENDO BACK-COMPATIBILITY SECRET REVEALED

Post by bicostp »

In an article on NESplayer, (in the service manual I think...), Nintendo was asked why there is no backwards-compatibility for NES games on the SNES system. Their response?

(paraphrased)
"we feel no need to have adaptor hardware to play NES games on the Super NES, because most of our buyers already have a NES, they technically already have an adaptor."

 Just another big corporate cost-cutting measure.

They took the Nintendo "o" and made the "a", the Nintendo "n" and made the "m", an upside-down Nindendo "n" and made a sloppy "y", and took the Nintendo "N" and made the "M". That is not a font, that's a bad attempt at engineering letters to look like they fit in a font when you don't have all 26 letters to work with.
Whats worse is you can get the font on the internet.

We know it was fake guys. The picture was fake. Alright. And Nintendo's not putting out any "Nintendo On". The question is, once again, did they put the "Nintendo ON" video out in hopes of trying to spark intrest in Nintendo and, in turn, make an attempt to manipulate the market? MAKE THE CONNECTIONS FASTER!!!!!!
