If R8A2 is missing it needs to be replaced as it's on the PWR_Enable line. It's a SMT 0402 100ohm Resistor and you can get it from plenty of online places, another 360 board or use any 100ohm Resistor that you can solder in there.

The more Ground/Power leads you have connected the better, unless you're using thicker wire than originally used.

Those will work, provided you can solder it in place, and there are probably a million ways to install it the wrong way, but if you find a way to install a Resistor backwards be sure too let everyone know about it. ;)
