Enjoy, my hometown I believe that says 152 people, but as of right now, we have tons of oilfield trash floating around our school system, and a huge road construction project just started, so there is a whole crapload of people. FLUX SUX! :P (e-cookie for the book)

funny, the only teacher i don't really miss from middle school was my band teacher, everyone hated him, at the end of sixth grade (06/07 school year) he was arrested for child pornography  :?
anyways, im a freshman (grade 9) and my class at my new (private) school is 64 (old school was 114)

Are all of the band teachers not at least a little like that? Younger ones, at least.

Wow, at my school, >60% is a passing grade (D-).

So do I get to be the first to say I'm GRADUATING HIGH SCHOOL?! Yep, and there are only 600 kids in my entire high school, about 180ish are Seniors.

Graduating high school in 3 weeks. 8) I've slowly come to realize that I've entered I-don't-care-about-schoolwork-or-grades mode, so my grades are slipping, but I don't care. I'm already accepted into college. :P I just need to pass two of my classes to graduate, and I need to get straight Bs to not completely murder my GPA.

You can fail a grade in America?????
over here I've never met anyone whose failed a grade (I know one guy that repeated cos he wanted to stay with his mates), I dont thinks its even legal for you to forced to repeat a year of school just cos you failed,
btw im nearly half way through year 11 (second last year) and it bites and theres 1700 kids at my school

Slowly? I've been in that mode pretty much all year, and its kicked into high gear this term. I'll graduate with exactly as many credits as I need, so I need to get at least a D- in all my classes.

According to my online grades, there are about 400 in my graduating class, but that doesn't seem right, since we have something like 2000-2500 total, and 400 isn't 1/3rd of 2000. Its probably because we're the first graduating class from my school (this is the second year its been open).

I'm on my last week of school, then I'm free and off to college!

Everyone here is younger than I thought, I figured everyone was around my age; but I guess not :/
Why is it that every time I post in a thread, it dies?

Meh, I will be a junior next year. I have two weeks of school left and I'm currently doing just about nothing in school and haven't been for a couple weeks here, cant imagine how bad I will be about that senior year.
