No. Using those numbers, it should use about .8A at 12v, but when I measure the 12v going into my GC, I get about 1.6A (without a fan). So either ER screwed up on his readings (he is the source of those readings), there are different GC revisions that use greatly varying amounts of power, or the stock power regulator is super inefficient.thewise1 wrote:The gamecube draws 3.6 amps. The GC does not use 3.6A at a voltage the stock power regulator can run on.
