How stupid am I? When I bought a Zenith xbox screen from that fellow with the eBay store, I got the xbox one cause it was cheaper then the gamecube one (by a whole two dollars). The problem is that I don't even have an xbox to test the screen out on, so I need the gamecube a/v cable that came with it. This is the thing I'm talking about:
That's the xbox one of course, I need the GCN one. Hopefully someone has one of these left over from a project and will sell it to me cheap.
necrobump, while I now do own an xbox, I still want one of these to use on my gc and snes while still being able to use it on the xbox. With an influx of people making a new stuff and all that hopefully someone has one
If you open up the dongle, the wire codes (for me at least) are:
Blue Audio Left Red Audio Right Brown Composite Video
Black and bare are ground and shield (really? what's the point?) respectively.
Wire it up to an AV switch directly, and you should have no problems using the Zenith screen for any system that outputs composite video. I found an el cheapo AV switch at Big Lots recently for about $5.
