1) Yes, but they are not installed since I don't use them. 2) No scratches or damage to the screen. I haven't seen any dead pixels.
2?) The DVD drive is samsung ms25 or ms28 (I'd have to check). No it's not flashed, and yes it can be flashed (at the risk of loosing LIVE).
3) I'm an hour's drive west of LA. I live right next to Wrightwood, CA.
