Still nothing. No sound. No video. I'm pretty irritated at this point. Everything is correct, as far as I can tell.
Any other ideas without going to composite video? I really want to keep RGB.
If you aren't getting sound, then the issue is deeper, maybe something silly like not connecting ground from screen to console, etc?
Best thing to do is to wire the system up using composite, make sure everything works, then all you do is make it RGB instead. If you still get nothing, then something else is wrong and needs resolving first.
Everything is correct. Grounds are attached firmly. I don't even get sound when I plug it into the TV. I get picture, though. I think this is possibly one of those "Random incredibly hard to notice revisions" that didn't last long in production and just happened to screw me out of RGB, cuz I've tried everything.
Now that I have that pin-out, I'm gonna try and find some time to wire it comp. now. If that doesn't work, then I have no idea.
As you've surely seen I took a break from the actual SNES for a while and did SNES related mods (My two controllers Chromeline and Anti-christ Angel) to calm my mind. I also made a not-well-commented-on fan, but oh well.
Anyways, still discouraged, I wanted to work on other parts of the SNESp. Like the battery. So I charged my pack, hacked the power plug off the PSone screen daughter boards... you know. Normal stuff that make it work.
Then I got the multimeter out and checked the plug to make sure it still worked. My battery, which was sold as a 7.4v, is labeled as a 7.2v actually outputs 7.8v. What the hell? Is this anything even close to normal? I haven't dealt with Li-Ions before now other than laptop, camera, and cellphone batteries.
Speak comfort to me, guys. I can't have this fail on me too.

Mixture of the two. The screens got a moving image, and the camera refused to take a fast picture. So the shutter lagged, causing it to blur a bit. The image itself, in person, is not blurry in the least bit. In fact, its awesomely sharp.

he's right i got a BP-915 and it's max output "says" 7.4 but it's really 8.4v, umm, bacteria..my battery has a problem actually, i don't know what i did, but now it only gives off 4.4v even when at full charge, and when hooked to an item of small voltage( like a RC motor) it doesn't work, so i get no power FROM the battery but the multimeter says 4.4v, sdid i short it or something i need help (that battery cost me money )
and hailrazer don't let this stop you from buying one, these batteries are dependable and of good quality, me (thanks to human error) did something wrong to it...

I actually did some case work. Small amount, but important for my needs.
Screen Protector:
This uses the hinges from the PSone screen housing. I figured why waste them when I can use them?
This bit will fold down over the screen when not in use, and shield it from the sun and other light when it is in use. Which is important, because I'm doing the anti-glare mod (Because my dog bumped my arm while I was working, and I ended up burning the anti-glare layer a little bit. No damage to the LCD, though.).
EDIT: NOTE: That's the bottom of the shield. Buts noting special right now, so I figures it didn't really matter.
Destroyed the LCD... Lifted the wrong layer, and now I have a large white corner. I looked... I checked everything. And still managed to lift the wrong layer.
