2 Video Outputs from XBox 360 at once?

Hey,
I am currently working on building an XBox 360 WVI, but I have stumbled across a problem. Right now, my 360 outputs video to my computer monitor on my desk through hdmi, and audio to my surround sound system through the toslink adaptor.

1. Is it possible to build or buy a splitter for the normal xbox360 audio/video port, so that I can both output the toslink to my surround sound and the audio/video to my WVI?

2. Is it possible for the 360 to output video to both the hdmi and the normal xbox audio/video port?

So the way I understand this is that I can build a box that has an rca input/output and an hdmi input/output, which is all hooked up to a switch that will disconnect one and connect the other, right?

Heres another simpler way.

If you have the xbox 360 component+Composite cord (Its the cord that features both outputs)

All you have to do is plug the composite into one video source, and the component (hd) into another video source. Then you flick the cord onto one of the following: Component or Composite. (I cant remember which one. Doesnt hurt to try both).

This works. I know it does, because this is how I do it when I'm at my friends house.

that would work on a tv, but I am using a computer monitor for my xbox. I have an hdmi to dvi adaptor and am using that to connect to my monitor, not composite(?). I will be using component(?)(the yellow, white, red one) for the wvi. If anyone knows of a simpler way of doing this than what I posted above, that would be great.
