im geting a razor e300 and i planning to add

a new controller and exra battery (Low budget)

Or

2 new 12 volts for a total of 48 volts
a new controller
a 36 volt motor (over rpm)
and mabe some new sprokets
and it Would be as fast as hell 30 mph +
im 83 pounds to

If I were you, I would just add an old lawnmower engine with a side shaft. Take off the muffler though, because the louder the better.

You don't even need that. A little 2-banger from a chainsaw or old weed whacker can get you going on a bicycle.

And you don't want to take a lawn mower engine and mount it so the drive shaft is horizontal; all the oil will flow away from the piston and crank, the motor will overheat, and you'll seize it up. It would need a gearbox to transfer the power properly. (They do make similarly sized side-drive engines, but they're usually on larger things like log splitters and lawn tractors, and they're too big for a scooter anyway.)

Just be careful; while a lot of places do allow electric vehicles, if you intend on driving your motorized contraption on the road, you might need registration, insurance, and a motorcycle license.

If you want something with a motor, get a used moped. As long as you know how to mix 2-stroke oil into the gas properly, they're great. Or better yet, convert one to electric.

I agree. Face+ground+30mph=no more face. I'd recommend a full-face helmet (like a motorcycle one) to help prevent facelessness.
Make sure the parts can handle the extra voltage if you go that route. I'd rather have it a bit slower if it didn't mean having to buy a new motor every month.

Why do you need to go 30+?
Just do 20 and be safer

Or if 30 is a must, I'd use a bike as the base for the project. They are cheap, stable at those speeds, and you'll probably save money since you were pretty much planning on rebuilding the scooter anyway.
