Yes but that option is only available for 1st class mail under 13oz , otherwise you only get the option of sending it Priority for a minimum of $4.85.

And it is the same price for Priority over 13oz if you check Large Envelope or Package.

Like I said you will not ship a Psone for that cheap.

Someone crammed a cdi into a bubble mailer once. A PSOne could fit, but just because it could fit doesn't make it a good idea. I'd just buy it from the store.
