That's going to be hard to beat with the current shipping rates right now.

It's getting nearly impossible to ship a small system for less than $10 now.

I can't hardly fit many systems in a $9.80 priority mail flat rate box. Not with controllers and extras.....

SUGGESTION!

Wrap it in Bubble Wrap (The thin sheets) Then wrap it in brown paper (From grocery store bags)

I have shipped over 3000 items as a Power Seller on Ebay and I would NEVER trust a system shipped in a bubble mailer to survive the journey.....

And it would still cost more than $4 . Why do you think it is only $4. It goes by weight and distance unless it is flat rate Priority.

What are you talking about "as an envelope" ?

With the Usps it doesn't matter if it is an envelope or a box, weight is what matters.

Less than 13oz can go first class, anything else goes parcel post or priority.

Are you saying it was less than 13oz? Then it might have been cheaper. But I have a hard time believing a system is less than 13oz.
