Can someone point me in the right direction?
No seriously, there are probably thousands of sites out there that can tell you how to solve the Rubiks Cube, go search.

Look up the petrus method. I thought it was much more fun than other methods because you've got to think rather than repeat endless algorithms.totokan wrote:Well; I do know how to utilize google. I was thinking more along the lines of "What methods do you use", but of course I didn't write that...
For those who love their layer by layer approach please assume I am joking but anyone who has tried a solution like the petrus method will know I'm not.
Oh and 4x4x4 is definitely the hardest. You are nearly finished it and then there is two edge pieces orientated the correct way but in the wrong place.

Hey, I'm finally not the slowest Rubik's cube solver on an internet forum!
I've done a 2x2x2 in 40 seconds,
I Usually clock in at 1:00 for a 3x3x3, personal best being :43,
I can do a 4x4x4 in like, half an hour =P
and I can solve a megaminx in about 3 minutes.
Whoever doesn't know what a megaminx is, it's this:

I am solidified in my school as "The kid who can solve a rubik's cube"

My best official time is 20.4 on 3x3x3
I'm hoping to get a sub 20 at the Boulder, CO tournament next month.
Here's a link to all of my official results from the past few years...
