You wanna know what I think? I'll tell you what I think! I THINK YOUR A BIG PIECE OF SH.....ump :P

Ok, all of that information made things a lot easier for me to think out, I think what you thought was great! :) I'm going to build a cardboard model to base it off of first, but this shows me where to start.

Something I would like to do after i finish it would be to get a rip of the theme that plays when you are at zora's domain, and run that on some speakers, and then one of the water fall sound behind the waterfall(hint: #2)

I'd better get to work.

Oh no...

Here, anyway.

Waterfall sound. This is only a 5 second sample, but it loops seamlessly. It was ripped by standing behind the waterfall where the torches are, and getting out my ocarina so the music stopped, but SFX kept going. This is hosted on my server; enjoy my bandwidth. :P

Zora's Domain theme. Straight from the OST, and also hosted on my server.

Check my OoT Photobucket album again for shots of Hyrule Lake, the Fishing Pond and Zora's Domain. That shot of Zora's Domain was the best I could get because of the ceiling. That's the angle I was saying you should have your model displaying. Also, the interface (Hearts, Magic Meter, A B and C buttons and Rupees) can only be turned of in "Beta Quest", and Zora's Domain is not available in any of the Beta Quest worlds, I don't think. So, sorry 'bout that. :?

when you said how difficult it would be to recreate gerudo valley, I got the idea: how about making a trench, and putting a perspective illusion at the bottom? the farther away it is, the less you can tell.

I seriously love the idea. I'd travel halfway around the world to see this if it actually existed!

I had thought of that, actually. The valley itself was going to be the only truly hard part of Gerudo Valley. It seems like a waste not to do the rest of it just because of the valley. So, maybe I will look into the perspective illusion idea...

When it comes out, I'm thinking about creating a ben heck competition. That way we can all fight each other. Im getting it at launchday, 12AM. (Midnight launch ;))

Noone take my competition idea, its ma glory. <3

But yea, SSBB Competition, through wii freinds.

One question: Brawl has a stage editor in it. I know you can make stages and play them with bots, and send them to freinds, BUT can you play them with freinds? If so, we could toss in a few custom maps into the competition to mix things up a bit. OR We could have a stage creation competition, to see who can make the best stage.

How? I think you have a freaking awsome idea. Your dad being a heavy machinery operator, gives you an awsome opportunity that others like me who had a similar idea, couldnt do. I'd say, you could do it. It'd cost you a fair bit, but you'd be pretty well known about it. A lot of people like OOT. And, I'm pretty sure, someone would "digg" you, heck I know I would.

Good luck, if you actually start the project. I'd travel to where you are, just to see it.

I don't know if this has been mentioned or if you thought about it. I've only skimmed through the four pages. But as Zora's Domain is underground simply make it so that you can remove the top to show the interior. I understand that it does offer more challenges and work, but the pay off in how it looks and what people will think is much greater.

Another option is you can do the village in the forest, the name for the little fairy children escapes me at the moment. But it's a much easier and straight forward project. Most people that have played Zelda, maybe even if they haven't played OoT, will recognize it.
