Well I am gonna build a new pc and I need some recomendations and help. Its not going to be for much gaming at all just a tiny bit. I just want a speedy computer for the other things I do.

Yes, they somewhat are, as having windows does not make it not a mac, and OS X is essentially what makes it a mac. If I took your precious i[whatever] and stripped it of it's case, so it looked like a heap of working parts, and attatched a generic keyboard and monitor, and put it it a beigebox case, it's still a Mac. What makes it a mac? The system, more than the internals and case.
