well the elektronics shouldn't take to long seeing i had it finished last time just have to replace some parts and do a new clean install the only thing that wil take some time is the case seeing i have to do this in steps and it's very fragile

but i think within a week or so it shou;d be finished but don't count on it haha

it'll be ready when it's ready

oh sweet! I'm glad your still working on this, you will be the first guy to really shrink the psone screen board down smaller than anyone else I believe. Good luck on this project, I'm sure it will come out great.

So after a long time of leaving my project for what it was I decided to start it up again. Here are some pic's of my WIP GCP.

Let me know what you think. Casing will get aliminuim finish so case is not done yet.

As you can see the disc drive will make the case about 1.5z to 2x thicker than the original gamegear. To be honest it doesn't even look like a gamegear anymore I just used the casing.

haha yeah i know been off and on this project for years... kinda sad actually that i never got a full working project done :(

BUT... i will not lose hope i will get it finished haha i have ALLOT of free time on my hands so i should be able to finish it.

Only the aliminium finish will be a bit complicated since i don't have any cnc "friend" so i will have to make it myself...

Any cnc people out there willing to help a fellow protabalizer(in the making)??

reallocated the transformer for the backlighting(no led mod)
feature's Gamecube AV out via minijack
headphone jack
brightness and volume buttons reallocated

For Pal users do NOT but any caps between rgb lines it will darken the image!!
