Been reading this forum for a while now and decided to sign up.
I was wondering if somebody could help me out with some questions I have regarding building an RGB amplifier for use in a white PC-Engine (Jap version of the TurboGrafx).
Whilst browsing over at gamesx.com I came across an article that described how to tap an RGB signal from the PCE. It also mentions that it's worthwhile adding an RGB amp. to boost the signal. The article has a schematic of the amp required. See here:

My main question is how do I figure out the required Wattage for the resistors based on this info? I don't want to end up using the wrong resistors for obvious reasons.
Also, I am a bit unfamiliar with the symbols that I THINK indicate capacitors. I'm talking about the symbols labelled with the values 10 microFarad 16V and 220 microFarad 16V. Am I correct in assuming these are indeed capacitors?
Hope somebody can help me with this as I really wanna get started and learn more about the world of electronics.
