It's working for me and it's $50 for that battery.
Nice! I wonder if that would be a problem for the ps2 though being it requires 8.5v. I don't know this which is why I ask you all, what the lowest amount of volts can go in before it goes boom. I know 7.2v will turn it on, however, it won't start up.
I am sure 8.4v will still work correctly and run the ps2 as well as the monitor. But what about connecting two of them together? Will that still keep me at 8.4v but double the mAh to 8600mAh or will it hurt me by pushing things up to 16.8v?

Anyways, you should be fine connecting them together.
