lockout chip problems : blinking screen of death

hi i recently bought a nes in spain for 8 euros it worked for a month but now im getting the blinking screen of doom so does anyone have a link to a site that says how to disable the lockout chip? i know there are hundreds but i cant seem to find one now thanks

thanks i just used them and for some reason it didnt work it let me use an unliscensed game when i clipped the 4th pin but nothing else so i wired it to the 15th pin and well now the led of my nes wont even turn on

yay crappy soldering skills
