Holy Calamity, anyone notice that at the first diagram, the + and - terminals were both on the same contact? :wtf: :?

Alright, this is what you wanna do.

Use one 7805 and mod it to be a 7808 using resistors. Wire 8v to the screen, and voila!

Find whatever method to get 3.3v into the '64

After that, you can use one of them 7805s from the screen to send to the '64 itself. Perfect setup

Here's my version of that tutorial. No technical explination, no other extra bologna you don't need to know, just a quick easy way to get 8 volts from a 7805 regulator.

But yeah I used that site for the example, and Skyone's awesome component art. 8) (I think this diagram's easier to use than theirs, honestly...)

A little tidbit-When referred to as nonsense, the word is indeed spelled "Baloney," while the meat product is spelled "bologna."

but just one thing, what will getting 8 volts instead of 5 volts do? the 7.2 volt battery didn't fix anythingbut it has 3300MaH :D

edit: oh well I guess it will work because the screen is suposedto get 7.5v but .5v more won't harm it...
