It's from the second movie, "The Wrath of Khan." Kirk screamed "Khan!" becuase (I blieve) Khan was killing a friend of Kirk's on the star ship Reliant. If you really want to go see the movie, it's a pretty good one considering it's from TOS, I'm not a hugh fan.

Wrath of Khan is a great movie. Even if youve never watched an episode of Star Trek before, you can still enjoy it.

Wasn't it khan that killed spock so they had to go find his young body and revive him with his consiousness he left in the one dude (I believe)? I am rusty on the old movies. >_>

The phrase KHANNNNNNNN! is What yelled in Star Trek 2: The wrath of Khan after Khan was tourmenting Kirk when kirk was on the Genesis planet after Khan stole the Genesis Device.

That happened to me! I found a 99 cent video tape of it at goodwill. I immeaditaly knew what it was thanks to ytmnd. :P

(Roy) Khan is also the lead singer for Kamelot, just so you know (awesome band, by the way).
