It's from the second movie, "The Wrath of Khan." Kirk screamed "Khan!" becuase (I blieve) Khan was killing a friend of Kirk's on the star ship Reliant. If you really want to go see the movie, it's a pretty good one considering it's from TOS, I'm not a hugh fan.

Wasn't it khan that killed spock so they had to go find his young body and revive him with his consiousness he left in the one dude (I believe)? I am rusty on the old movies. >_>
