I'm sorry I can't agree with you on the part of LD being superior to DVDs in both video and auido. You can get better then the standard MPEG-2 compression quality on a DVD, so you'd have less time but a picture that could hold up to lower High Definition. Also as for audio, uncompressed is uncompressed, and there are auido standards for DVDs, they just were not adopted by the RIAA.Reploid Ayla wrote:you load are bonkers. And as it stands according to Atari2600a DVD's standard resolution beats LD by 80 line on the virtical portion. Then keep in mind that most DVD are widescreen (768), with a LD will be stuck with the crapy 4:3 ratio.
