Cartridge Containing All The Games On a Super Joy III?
Is there a such thing? I was thinking of taking that (Which I'm guessing is a Famicom game since the Super Joy III only has a Famicom port) and the Gyromite NES cart (Which is really a famicom game with an adapter inside) and swapping the games, making the untimate NES cart. Is that possible?

I thought of making a super huge flash cart for NES, but then I realized that you really could only put mapper 0 games on it.
Would the ROM files dumped on a computer and re-flashed know how to address those lines? If they did, you'd still only be able to use a cart/roms that use identical mappers.
As for the SNES, I haven't looked into that yet, but I believe any game should work, so I might just make a SNES cart instead.
As for your situation, I've seen some NES pirates that come with these games. I'd try asking around here for one, or hitting up ebay.

Well, actually, you could build a flash cart for literally any mapper, it just takes longer to design it, thats all. There is a guy who is working on a multi-mapper flash cart, and it uses a PIC microprocessor to simulate many different mappers. I think he lives in poland, but I forgot the web adress. I think it was called the Funky Flash Cart or something like that.
Emulation isn't accurate. There is no substitute for real hardware!

It sounds like a good plan. I just thought it'd be difficult to switch between them. Myself, I am still learning to program the BASIC stamp, as everything I've done up till now is just hardware based, and even that isin't really advanced. I think learning how to write programs and such can sometimes be as important, or even more important than the hardware, as the two really seem to interact a lot more in advanced circuits. By the way, I know there is a lot of documentation for the NES, but I dont see so much for the SNES. Are there any good sites for the SNES?
