WTTF or buy a 7808 regulator.
Hi guys,
I'm working on a project that requires one of these. I can't seem to find them at radioshack anymore & don't want to pay so much for one from digikey. Anyone have one that they would trade or sell to me relatively cheap. THanks.

Hi guys,
Skyone was kind enough to send one of these to me in the mail, but when I got his letter there was a 7808 sized hole in the letter & no 7808. Can anyone else help me out? I'm in desperate need of a 7808 (It would be doubley great if somone has 2 & can send one to eastsider_1 also). Thanks
Jeff S.

Looks like you just need a 470 ohm resistor for R1 and a 220 ohm for R2. Just build it according to the diagram.
I haven't got the l64 back yet, but it'll probably come this evening.
