if you wanna play PAL games just buy a modchip, the xeno GC is really cheap and its what i am gonna throw in my GCp i have the cobraGC extreme in my normal GC and it works great to but its kinda expensive with the shipping

I think he wants to play japanese imports on his PAL gamecube not the other way around. Ill do some research and see what I can find.

Nice, you only need to be able to play Japanese and US games because I don't think there are any Europe only games, you might wanna try the Japanese version of Sonic Gems, it has all three Streets of rage games.
And about overclocking a gc... I think it's not possible without fire
