Out of curiosity what kind of capacity did the floppies have, small (1.44 meg) or large (120+ meg flopticals)?

I've only been dumpster diving a couple times, never found anything really good, but then the dumpsters were just at some weird industrial park right near where my dad lives, all I found were about a thousand broushers(sp?) and a tv... Though I didn't take the tv out, we were like 10 and it was pretty big, and we also just figured it was broken.
