Funny you should make this thread, I just got a job on saturday, im a bus boy at a exclusive club. (i was already a member) Oh yeah and its all my friend working there and my friends brothers etc. Pretty good. Minimum wage + tips from bartenders. This place has a couple squash courts etc. Good people.
perhaps this will clear up any confusion about the minimum wage in the US
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_U. ... imum_wages (haha. i pasted the wrong link before..)
it appears that the wage is fedarally mandated ($5.15), but each state has the option of overriding that if it wants to.
---
anyways, i just got a job that pays 10 an hour, 35 hours a week... which will more than fund any crazy projects i conceive this summer.
