Mr. Ivy states that it is glitchy, but he simply needs a slower oscillator then the 31MHz one he found. Apparently, the CPU divides the oscillator speed by 6 to obtain the ultimate clock speed.

It's good to know that it's possible, and it's wonderful to know that it's hinges on an oscillator.

The builtin slow-mo feature the SNES had was a result of the limited clock speed. You overclock the CPU you can have smoother graphics, no lagging, other things like that.

There's the near-final N64 overclocking, even though pins look bridged, they aren't. I also put some hot glue to hold down the wires and pins.
Anywho, I tried the SNES overclocking, and it worked PERFECTLY until I turned it on. Link was flying across the screen in more than a katrillion directions. I need a smaller clock rate..
