If I had more time, I could sit and plan this out for 'ya, but I gotta leave here in a sec. So I'll just give you the short and sweet answer: Wire each unit to a switch, then to one master lead going to the Aud/Vid points on your screen. Yes, you will need a lot of switches, but it'll work.

I might be doing this in one of two ways.
1. Make it with 1 plug and play (Jack Specific) game.
2.Make it with 1 plug and play (Jack Specific) game. And find some way to hook up a flash card, or any portable memory card, to the noac and then load it with roms.

Also, I'm not hooking up the memory card to the Plug and Play system, I'm hooking it up to the noac, I'm possibly thinking about ditching that idea (the Plug and play), and just going with a noac, with a memory card slot.

Sorry Big-O. Cannot be done.
The plug-and-play systems do not use conventional memory such as a usb stick or a memory card. They use some sort of once-writeable rom, and you would need some expensive equipment in order to make your own rom (actually, you can buy the roms, but then you need the writer, and that is expensive) and then figure out how to make the system load the games up. Unfortunately, those games are built in, so it is not like cart swapping. Your best bet would be to make a custom cartridge and then load up the roms onto that (which might be out of your league, and in fact, way above most of these forum members expertise). You would also need to make sure the mappers are the same.
The plug-and-play systems are not like gameboys that you can just put in another cartridge and you are good to go. In order to be able to use a memory card, there must be some kind of controller that would be able to send the data from the memory card to the system. The only reason we can use 72-pin connectors is because they are NOAC-based and as such have the necessary leads in order to hook one up.

I do like your idea, though. Perhaps you could figure out a way to just rip out the roms that hold the games on the PNP systems, make a custom cart with a switch built into the cart, and then use that cart as a 5-in-1 cart, which you could set via a switch. Now I would gather to say that something like that would be much more realistic and still supercool.

Exactally my questions, it always seems this way, you see something really really really cool on the internet, and you find out the guy hasn't even touched the website for a year.
