Does rgb have a difference between pal and ntsc?

It should still have the different Refresh rates (50/60). Just because it's a different plug, doesn't mean it has different standards. :-P

No. RGB uses a composite sync signal which is around 15.2KHz, regardless of region.

So does that mean I can use an ntsc plastation screen for my pal gamecube. (No worry pal gc do output rgb ha!)

Just do it! You have a very slim chance of breaking anything because the LCD does not have a tube that fires the pixels. The refresh rate is how fast it sweeps from one side to the other. If you try too high of a refresh rate in a CRT, it will fry itself. An LCD on the other hand will just give you some messed up graphics.

Or I'm tottaly wrong on this? Could someone smart correct me on this if need be?
I'd imagine right now you wish you were a cuttlefish...
