Also when it comes to price heres the lowdown.freakinsweet wrote:im new and have not yet bought this book im 15 bought to be 16 and was wondering if i should start making portable games like this. am i to young? and also i do not have a job yet so i dont have a lot of money i was wondering if these projects are really expensive so do i need to find a job first or what lmk
Systems:
Atari 2600: $10-$25
NES: $10-$25
(mini)SNES:$25-$50
PSone: $10-$30
N64: $15-$30
(I think you already know the current gen system prices, but if you want them just pm me ok?)
Other Essentials:
PSone screen: $20-$50
Hip Gear screen: $25-$40
Battteries: $15-$80 (Depends on if you want an ok one or an amazing one)
LED's, tact switches, regulators, resistors, bread board,......: $10-$25
The average portable should set you back about $80-$250 not counting if you fry something or if the batteries blow up. (poor poor Gamelver
