Because we're entitled to our opinion and allowed to express it.

Seeing as you about half of you have degenerated to the intellegence of children. I'll point out again, Shatner didn't do crap. He was an actor, nothing more nothing less. Roddenberry was the person that moved things forward. So kicking and screaming about "I love Kirk, he's my hero" and ever more stupid crap like addressing Picard as "baldy". You people need to grow up and act your age.

As for that comparison of captians.. Of which this topic should not even have had that involved, who cares! Your fighting a damn holy war, one that is about as resolvable as BSD vs. Linux or KDE vs. Gnome. What works for you is fine, lets leave it at that.

Good job, N. You've proved his point AND taken this conversation to a whole new level of immature. Congratulations.

Weren't you the one who was flaming the hell out'a Picard? How 'bout you ligten up. Hypotcrite.

My favourite captain was Picard, but that's only because TNG was the first Star Treck I ever watched. Nostaligia is the most probable reason for everybodys preferences in this situation.

Hell, it's why were all on this forum in the first place, hacking apart old consoles. We don't flame consoles (exept the CD-i, XboX, and a few choice others), so why should fricking TV shows (and good ones at that!) be any different?!

I thought immaturity was the one of the reasons this conversation started? It's all in good humor, so you lighten up too.

You're all fools, and that's all I have to say ;)...except for Ben...please don't ban me, oh great Ben, with thy awesome lightning bolts!

*Disclaimer: Yes, I'm kidding. Also, this disclaimer is olive colored. Quite neat, eh?
Without games my life would have no meaning.
Well, I guess it would, but it would be a lot less fun!!!!!!!

I've never seen star trek, star wars, and I have no clue why everyone is obsessed with chuck norris. Wikipedia only helps my super-nerdiness to an extent.
Shhh! I'm not officially back yet.
