Picard never changed the world...

But tonight on the History Channel WILLIAM SHATNER will!

See, not only did Kirk SAVE the world several times, he also apparently changed it. Personally. Obviously!

All Shatner devotees should watch this. Those of you living in a delusional dreamworld (that is, Picard lovers) are REQUIRED to watch it as part of your reeducation.

Plus here's a new poll that'll get sure-fire results!

KAHN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Grr. No one loves a Picard-loving Norris-hater.

Owned. I've seen it on Discovery Channel over here in Canada about a thousand times.

I've been watching the history channel since 5 today, first it was a Shatner biography, then a SW I show, now a SW II show, and next is how Shatner changed the world

I honestly don't give a damn either way, but I like Picard better, I guess, because of Stewart's acting as opposed to Shatner and his $25k kidney stone and his... broken up... shattered... sentences.

I like Chuck Norris for his ass-kicking powers. (and of course MacGyver :P). So what do you say to that?

No offense to anyone, but the whole picard vs kirk thing is about the geekiest thing I've ever heard of. Well, aside from the prople who went berzerk on the person who spoiled to them that snape kills dumbledore in the newest Harry Potter book. (happy now? ;)

Shatner didn't change the world, if he hadn't taken the position of Kirk someone else would have. Roddenberry should get all the credit, after all he's the one that made Star Trek, the movies, and the first 3 season of TNG.

Besides Kird did nothing but stir up trouble, they proved that on the show. Picard kept the peace, he left fighting as a last resort, as a good captain should.
