OK, I've dissected my NES portable, and I've found the audio amp. There are 3 wires going into the section I have. Those three are Audio, Ground, and 5V. Hopefully When I get home I can further explain exacty where to hook this up, and include pictures.
Basically, all you do Is cut it off right after the audio Pot. Then COnnect the audio lines as normal (the red and white wires).
Then, Scrape/sand off Two leads near the pot. 1 is 5V, and the other is ground. I think I'l be able to explain this a bit better when I'm back.
By doing it this way, Its simple to connect, and it leaves the original audio pot and heaphone jack without a lot of rewiring.
