Ben, that would be very cool =) thing is, I can give you every pinout except for the eproxy lines (the main Genny CPU) because there aren't any pins =/ But if you mean everything else, I can do that no problem =) I'll see if I can get it done tonight. Hopefully with that information and the datasheets of the ICs I posted, you'll be able to decipher what lines are what exactly. I can just tell you where they go.

Okay, I traced everything. this may not be 100%, but it should be pretty damn close if it's not. I checked everything several times though, so hopefully it's right. I traced the lines from the LS32 and HC174 chips, because that was much easier. I may make a schematic to make things more easily viewable. LS Top means the LS32 chip that's horizontal above the HC174. LS Right means the other LS32 Chip to the right of the HC174 chip. Pin # means directly to the ROMs Pin # and CPU means it goes to the main eproxy chip. Here's the pinout for the HC174:

yeah well this technical information is to help make a cart pinout.
The reason why I suspect Pin 13 of the ROM to be ground is because is's connected to both LS32's on pin 7 which is Ground for the chip based on the Datasheet from my previous link.
Pin 14 of both LS32's are connected and that's probably VCC based on the datasheet.

Alright I got my 64 pin cartridge connector from Digi-Key today. It took a little shaving and sanding but it fits into the cartridge just fine.
Now... how to wire it to the board...? To get ready I started attaching wires to the ROM spots so I could connect them to the slot once I knew the pinouts.
SegaSonic, is there any way to correlate the pinouts you've found to the original Genesis cartridge pinouts? Maybe figuring out which are address or data for starters?
I don't want to start soldering connections until I have a REASONABLE idea...

Sorry Ben, but I don't know anything about software. Using the pinouts I gave you maybe you can figure out where the data or address lines are based on the chips themselves. However, I have absolutely no way of making a pinout for the ROM based on the Genesis pinout. If I could do that I would have done it a long time ago...
