I made a design that was similar, but I made it like Ben's first NOACp, even using the original NES controller.
I even made designs for using either a hip screenpad or Ben's Phoenix LCD :P

I would like to make a NOAC but ironicly I don't own any NES games. :P Seems like a good concept useing a family converter instead of building your own, solves a lot of the things that can go wrong.

that looks vaguely familiar to a NOACp ive seen before :?
but really dont expect it to be easy to cram it all togather like ben he is a guru and his micro is truly smashed together tight

doesnt it make it smaller to use 2 5.25 floppy cables than a 60-72 pin connector like ben did? :?

if i had a lot of money and time i could probably make a noac smaller than bens, get a tiny lcd and use a very small 5v li-on batt. i might work on the design later :D

Why bother with all of the diffuculty making the system so small when the cartridge is so large? Make it the size of a catridge so it's like holding an NES cart sandwhich when playing. (Same L/W but twice as thick) I'm planning a small NOAC based system this size.
