Wait, let's just clarify. So you CAN attach a cart slot to a Flashback 2.0. If so, how? :?

It was announced by the manufacturer that you could. I'm not quite sure why.

yeah, you can add a cartrige port to the Flashback 2.0, not original... from what I've heard, there is even silkscreened instructions on the motherboard with pinouts :)

Same way you would anyother portable that uses composite. You dont need a video mod here as the Flashback 2.0 should be designed to output a strong enough signal.

They added a cart slot so people that have a fair amount of brains can add one in and play their old games. Im sure they didnt add it themselves because they dont want to pay tech support operators to keep telling people either "clean the contacts with a cotton swab and alcochol" and "your cart os over 20 years old, did you expect it to work?" If you have the IQ to install a cart slot and deactivate their ROM, im sure you have the brains to figure out why the carts wont work properly.

To my knowlege it uses 4-6 AAs and likely will run for 4 hours so the power draw is low. Keep in mind this is very much like the NOAC so its draw should be almost identical.
