there is nothign wrong with bc rich guitars. and a big muff is going to give you great tone for playing classic rock, not heavy metal.

get a jackson. thats all i play. they are 1000 times more solid then a bc rich.

or get any old piece of crap and put an EMG-81 in it and call it a day.

im using MESS
i downloaded and properly installed the atari 800 BIOS
i have the disk image mounted
i am at the atari menu screen (rename file, delete file, run cartridge, etc...)

i never used an 800 so the emulator is foreign to me
i know im close but i cant get ...

today i was at ace buying a hot glue gun and drill bits and a bunch of other stuff

i wanted to pick up all the screws/nuts also

my confusion is this:
obviously some of the screws are machine screws and some are not
i know at least 4 are used to screw the case shut, those are some kind of wood ...

people have already expressed problems with the 'size 1-2-3-4-5,etc' system of screw sizes

compound that with being in another country and i can definitely imagine that you would have problems :D

i assume the screws you need are for holding the finished case together?

i dont think that ben has ever documented the fact that the PS screens dont work because of 'gain problems'.

so is this basically only useful if you wanted to use the ps screen?
is there any advantage to do it anyways if you know (or want) your using a regular casio screen? ive already got my casio screen on order

and isnt the ps screen larger anyways? so youd have to build a custom enclosure if you were ...

i was also wondering how others got the RCAs out of their console
i broke away a few links of that vent in the front (4 to be exact) and fit em thru there
kind of weird to have the cabling come out the front instead of the back but its actually more practical the way i have my console in respect to ...

im sure this qualifies as small beans to a lot of people
but it was more involved then i thought it would be
but it worked on the 1st try
im pretty damn happy with myself right now
